TEMN's qualifications include the assessment of environmental
compliance policies, and practices. TEMN has carried out

Norman Manley International Airport Audit
This entailed inspection of operations at the airport, located in
the Palisados/Port Royal Protected Area. In Phase 1, a
reconnaissance of the site was done, ascertaining environmental
compatibility of the operations. Phase 2 involved analyses of
waste streams, internal environmental conditions, effluent,
as well as air and water quality. Subsequently, compliance of
the operations with Jamaica’s, and international, standards
was determined. In Phase 3, data from Phases 1 and 2 as well
as current environmental management practices, and their
effectiveness was assessed. An Environmental Management System,
and future policy was then developed.
Phase 1 Environmental Audit of the Caribbean Cement Company
Cement Plant (With Claude Davis and Associates).
This project involved a Stage 1 Audit of the Caribbean Cement
Company plant at Rockfort. A full range of facilities were audited
and the process set up for EMS implementation as part of the
Company’s long term plan carry out a stage 2 and 3 audit and
to acquire ISO 14000 certification.
 
Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Audit of the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort, Rose Hall Montego Bay
Phase 1 and Phase 2 Transaction Environmental Audits were carried out for Bass Hotels Inc
on the Holiday Inn Sunspree Resort, located at Rose Hall, Montego Bay. This was part of the
Due Diligence examination of the property prior to purchase by Bass.
 
Phase 1 and Phase 2 Environmental Audit of the Wallenford Coffee Processing Plant,
for the Coffee Industry Board
A full Phase 1, 2 and 3 Audit of the Wallenford Coffee Pulpery and Processing plant was
carried out for the Coffee Industry Board. This was in response to complaints from the community
of water pollution from waste originating from the plant.
